of CertAI Trusted Responsible AI Mark

1. By requesting, downloading, or displaying the CertAI Company Trusted Responsible AI Mark ("the Mark"), the company ("You" or "Your Organization") agrees to the following Terms and Conditions set forth by CertAI ("CertAI").
2. Purpose and Validity of the Mark
A. The Mark is issued to acknowledge a company's declared interest and engagement with Responsible AI at Maturity Level 1 of CertAI's Maturity Index.
B. This Mark is not a formal certification, not a conformity label, and does not imply legal, technical, or regulatory compliance.
C. The free version is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
D. Renewal is possible after expiry, subject to an administrative fee. Fees and procedures will be published on the CertAI website at the time of renewal.
3. Permitted and Restricted Use
A. The Mark may be used only by the company to whom it was issued and only in non-commercial, trust-building contexts such as:
a. Company website (e.g., trust section or values page)
b. ESG or CSR reports
c. Recruitment and internal communication materials
B. The Mark may not be used:
a. As a substitute for formal AI certifications or regulatory approval
b. On AI products, platforms, labels, or documentation in a way that misleads customers or regulators
c. For commercial marketing, endorsement, or advertising claims without explicit written permission from CertAI
4. Revocation and Discretion
A. CertAI reserves the unconditional right to revoke or suspend any issued Mark without prior notice if:
B. The Mark is misused, misrepresented, or altered
C. The company engages in conduct contrary to Responsible AI values
D. Revocation is deemed necessary by CertAI to protect public trust or mark integrity
5. Public Register and Data Processing
A. By accepting these terms, the company agrees to be listed in the CertAI Public Register of Companies Holding the Trusted Responsible AI Mark.
B. CertAI may publish the company name, country, and validity period of the Mark in the register.
C. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the company explicitly consents to the processing of its business identity and designated contact data for the purpose of issuing and maintaining this public register.

6. Company Logo Use
By accepting these terms, the company grants CertAI permission to:
A. Display the company's logo and name on its public website, promotional materials, or transparency registers as a holder of the Trusted Responsible AI Mark (Level 1).
B. CertAI will not use the logo in a misleading context or in ways suggesting a commercial partnership or full compliance certification.
C. If the company wishes to opt out of public logo use, it must submit a written request via email.
7. Limitation of Liability
CertAI disclaims all legal liability arising from the use, misuse, or interpretation of the Mark. The company assumes full responsibility for any claims, representations, or inferences made in connection with the Mark.
